Diet 9 kilos in 7 daysThe fantastic menu that has many result from Thai people,  many Thai women and men who follow and complete this menu in 7 days  has the good result. They can lose weight 5-9 kilos within 7 days. The important thing is don’t change any detail of each meal. Just eat follow this menu and you will see the miracle result with your self.

Day 1
Breakfast     : tea or coffee without sugar
Lunch          : boiled egg with boiled vegetable.
Dinner        : steak with vegetable salad with diet dressing (not cream salad or mayonnaise) and fruit

Day 2
Breakfast     : tea or coffee without sugar and 1 whole wheat bread
Lunch          : steak with green vegetable salad with diet dressing (not cream salad or mayonnaise) and fruit
Dinner        : boiled ham (as much as you can)

Day 3
Breakfast     : tea or coffee without sugar and 2 whole wheat bread
Lunch          : 2 boiled eggs and vegetable salad with carrot
Dinner        : boiled ham (as much as you can)

Day 4
Breakfast     : tea or coffee without sugar and 1 whole wheat bread
Lunch          : 1  boiled eggs and boiled carrot
Dinner        : fruit and natural yogurt

Day 5
Breakfast     : tea or coffee without sugar
Lunch          : fish grill with boiled vegetable
Dinner        : steak with green vegetable salad with diet dressing (not cream salad or mayonnaise)

Day 6
Breakfast     : tea or coffee without sugar
Lunch          : chicken grill without skin
Dinner        : 2  boiled eggs and boiled carrot

Day 7
Breakfast     : tea or coffee without sugar and add some lime
Lunch          : any fruit as much as you can
Dinner        : any thing as much as you can

Remark

1. Before your start the first day menu please make sure that you have update your weight, waist, hip and all your shape. Write it down on your note book or diary.

2. When 7 days past, you have to update it all again.

3. If the result is good, you can lose your weight or reduce your shape, and you need to start again you can do it immediately.

    Hello, I am starting this diet tommorrow. I will update you all and let you know how i go. I have done a similar diet to this and yes it does work, but did not suceed in following the whole diet.
    So anyone with me? Who would like to start this tommorrow or the 18th of march?
    Anyways,, i will start and let all of you guys know within 10 days.. Wish me luck ;)

      Sound looks good for you. We hope you can pass the extreme hardest first 3 days on the menu. However, we know that when someone can pass that time, they will get the changing result. Good luck. :)

      If you can eat egg, replace meet menu with it. However, if you can’t we recommenced that you take nut or tofu. Milk, low fat type, is also can replace.

      At the beginning, 3 days, you may feel hungry. However, when you can pass first 3 days, your feeling will be better than the first day that you take the diet menu.

      We can’t guarantee you about how many kilos that you can lose in 7 days but if you follow this menu you can lose weight absolutely. The total weight that you can lose is base on your body and many factor, like your healthy, your age, your physical body and hormone and etc.

      Please don’t line your self! You have to spend more time to gain your weight and it has not any magic menu that can take your time back. In fact, you should spend the time same when you gain your weight for diet, shouldn’t you?

      The diet menu is the way to reduce and adjust your daily calories. After that let your body system to manage and burn your fat.

      On another website, I read that this diet should be done once in 6 months or a year and not to replace coffee with tea etc???

      Sorry to reply late. Yes you can replace coffee with tea. But you should not take the sugar in your tea. The good result is the individual person. We can’t guarantee the result to everyone. Don’t worry, just 7 days.

      I’m very sure that you may pass other diet menu or many diet secret. Just try and see the result. :)

      Sorry to reply late. We would like to tell everyone who is follow our diet menu that please don’t worry about the total kilos that you can lose. But please consider the other result not include your number of weight.

      Your shape, your arms, your hips .. etc. It can change in the first week and your weight still not lose. However, if you still follow the menu you weight and your shape will be better as soon.

    Hi I have just started the first day but I eat a little bit of fries mayb 2 fries like that will it affect the whole diet plan ? Should I continue or start the diet again ?

      Sorry to reply so late. You can follow the diet plan don’t worry about 2 fries that you take. The diet menu that you see is the guild line but it doesn’t the law for you. :)

          when you have completed 1 week, you weight should be lose at lease 1-2 kg. However, you can follow this menu in next week if you need.

          For lemon, you can drink the lemon juice but not include the sugar or salt.

          Sorry for reply late. If you are vegetarian, you can replace with green bean or other bean or sweet corn as well. However, if you are boring egg, you can replace with 1 steam fish steak. Eating steam fish with boiled vegetable are fine as well. Good luck. :)

      You can take a little bit milk in tea or coffee if you not hardcore. But if you need a best result, don’t take milk. :)

      If you don’t like yogurt, please try soy bean milk. And please make sure that is low fat soy bean milk not high sugar.

    Hi,
    I would like to follow this diet, however, I realize that on some days the quantity of the food is not given, kindly advisehow much am I suppose to eat. I dislike boiled egg, can I replace it with steamegg or tofu. On day 7 dinner, am I suppose to eat anything tt’s on this menu frm any day or it’s totally up to individual? Can I replace beef within fish or chicken?

      Yes, you can replace boiled egg with other protein meal. However, please avoid the meat that using deep fried. Fish or tofu is better way to replace.

      In the 7nd day, at the lunch and dinner meal, you can eat as much you can. But please avoid the junk food. (I think you know what I mean ^__^)

      In the lunch or dinner menu, you can take beef as well. If you need beef, I suggest you to take it in lunch not dinner. Because general beef menu has more calorie than fish menu.

      All 7 days that you are follow this course, please remember you can live as well without eat more like you wear before. And when you completed this diet course your eating behavior will change.

      You can repeat this diet course as much as you can. We suggest you to follow this menu at least 3 months. However, when you completed 7 days menu you can rest and eat like normal life 3-5 days.

      I suggest you to take more vegetarian and fruit as you can to improve fiber and vitamin.

    Hi,
    I took a similar diet before but it was only coffee suggested by the website I grabbed my info from. I also found out that ham did not work for me in terms of weight loss, whenever I bought and had a processed ham from the foodstore I put on an extra kilo the following morning. It never worked…

    I think the above diet is the simplest form and I love trying it out. I will come back and update you on my progress. Monday will be my Day One.

      Maybe you are allergic ham so please try to change ham menu to be other meat like fish steam or fish roasted. And I hope you will success on our diet menu. :)

    My husband wants to be in a quick and healthy diet loss program and your diet plans looks really good. Since we are vegetarains (or rather eggatarians!!), could you advise is there is any replacement for “boiled ham”?

      If you are looking for the food to replacement boiled ham, I suggest you to take tuna fish.

      But if you vegetarains and don’t need to eat tuna fish, you have to eat soey bean, other bean type or nut. However, some bean and nut type have more calories so you have to take care about this point.
