Diet 7-8 kilos in 2 weeksIf you eat follow this menu you can lose weight 7-8 kilos in 2 weeks. It’s up on your weight and your activity on the day. If you are the salary man or work in the office or work that not use labor as much you can sure success to follow this menu.

Breakfast : 1 boiled egg or 1 cup of yogurt.
Lunch      : vegetable salad (neither maynaisse nor cream salad)
Dinner     : 1 apple or 1 pieces of ham.

Remark

Dinner should be before 6 pm. If you are hungry on the day, drink water more. And if you need to success more you can exercise 60 minutes 4 times per week. But please remember you have to drink the water more than 1.5 liter.

      If you need coffee, yes you can drink it. But it should be black coffee without sugar or cream powder.

      You must take something on breakfast. If you skip, your body burning system will change and you will be hungry more when the lunch meal has come. For your case, we comment that low fat milk or boil red or green bean (with low sugar) and take some fruit like 1 banana or green apple is fine. Good luck. :)

    Hi..i,m on day 12 following a similar diet called, 13 days diet. The first seven ddays I lost 3 kg, but now I,m on the second week and no loss, can U explain why I,m not losing now?

      Sorry to reply late. About the result, I think you are the right way for lose weight. First you have to understand that everyone can lose weight but they have individual result. For you, I think for the 2nd week, you should gain more activity like a walking or swimming 30 min 2-3 times per week.

      You have to spending more time for good result. When you follow the menu you can get the good result in the first time but the finally diet menu can’t use for long term lose weight. The only way for success lose weight on the long term is exercise. You have to burn the energy more than you get from meal everyday. So, first week or 2nd week, you can lose weight via reduce your total energy that you got from each meal daily. But the final, you have to burn more energy with exercise.

      The easy way and spend a little bit time on your daily activity are walking. However, I don’t recommend walking if you have very over weight. If you have over weight too much, I think swimming is the best for burn energy for you. Good Luck :)

    Looking at your diet it looks very difficult to have energy to do exercise.
    Well I am 22 years old, n I nee to lose say 20-22 kg in 60 days. I am 80 kg

      Normally, it has 3 steps for diet. First, reduce the total calorie that your got everyday. Take it down lower than your body need. This step is harder than step no. 2 but if you can pass first 7 days, you can pass the first step as well.

      The result for first step, someone can reduce 7-10 kg in 30-90 days. So, it’s base on the calorie that you can reduce. But please remember, you have just need to reduce the calorie, it doesn’t mean you stop to eat. You still have to get the perfect nutrition. Take complete 5 food group in everyday. This is the most important for diet. YOU MUST GET PERFECT 5 FOOD GROUP WITH LOW CALORIE!

      The 2nd step, after your weight are reduce as your need, you have to build your muscle. The exercise and weight training are the best way. However, someone can reduce the total calorie and take exercise in the same time. That’s great but not everyone can do. Because you will hungry very very much.

      And the final step for diet, you have just keep follow the 1st and 2nd step. Good luck :)

        Thanks your steps look fruitful, i generally walk for about 4 km in 1 hour and that is something I can do with the time what I have after the job. I am on a CC diet of 1500 calories sometimes 1600. I try to get it lower, can you suggest me any diet plan in particular which I can follow? and is the amount of exercise what I do is sufficient? or do I need to add more? as I’m looking for the weight loss by May end. :)

          with your condition, I think you can lose weight 1-2 kg per month without take more exercise. However, if 20 kg are your target in next 60-90 days, you have to reduce total calorie not over than 800-1,000 kcal. And take exercise in normal activity like walk up stair without use evaluator, ect.

          The most important for you are reduce the total calorie and please don’t forget drinking water 1.75-2 liters.

          I don’t need to say like this, but the true is someone can only reduce calorie and lose weight. But for someone, only control and reduce calorie are not enough. It base on many many factor, your metabolism system, your daily meal, your activity in a day, your emotion and your rest.

          I suggest you to try first, reduce calorie to be maximum 1,000 kcal per day. And when you can do it as well, just drop it down to be 800 per day. :)

      Can you have a time to exercise? If yes, we recommend you to reduce the total calorie of food per day and burn your fat with swimming or bike. The total of calorie per day that you got should be around 800-1,000 kcal.

      Please note your wight and your body shape, centimeter mode, every 2 days in the morning.

      The main point is first 3 days that you have just start to do the diet, this is the hardest period time for everyone who is need to diet. So, keep in your mind that why you have to lose your weight. We know that you will hungry and tried more than normal time. Keep your doing and when you can pass the first week, you will feel better.

      The easy way to reduce total calorie per day, you can take more vegetable and fruit. Reduce meet menu, except fish meal. Coffee and tea, you can drink but reduce sugar, milk or cream.

        If you need the fastest lose weight result, you don’t need to eat at midnight. However, if you can’t pass the situation you can drink low fat milk or low fat yogurt original 1 cup.

        This diet menu is perfect for someone who has not activity all day. If you have to work, exercise or go to school I think this diet menu is not match and hardest to do for you.

        However, if you need to try you can do it in 1-2 weeks. Please remind that you should record your shape and your weight before start the diet menu. When you follow the menu, you can check the result.

      ok. First, you have to understand that everybody is unique. Then, you can follow the diet tip but the result maybe work or not work as well.

      8 kgs in 23 days that mean you have to lose weight 0.35 kg per day.

      I recommend you to buy the digital weighing apparatus, use and record your weight every morning.

      You can follow diet tip in our website, but I recommend for you only, don’t forgot to drink a water at least 2.5 liter per day.

      You can exercise with swimming or walking if you really need it. However, please remind that after you exercise you will tired and hungry more than normal time. I’m not sure that you can pass that moment without eating. So, please keep your mind and focus the reason why you need to diet. This is your only light when you are the diet period.

      We know that when you are the diet period, you haven to fight every thing.
      - your feeling when hungry.
      - your friend when they invite you to the party.
      - and the big one is your self when you are alone at night!.

    Hi there, i MUST lose around 8-10 kilos within 3-4 weeks because there are many important things coming up. I’m 16 years of age, my weight is 57kg and height is 158. I’m overweight and i really want to weigh around 47-49kg at the end of 3 weeks!!
    I worry that your diet is too small, and that my metabolism will go slower and I’ll feel fatigued all the time. A few days ago I started jogging in the afternoon and ride on my stationery bike for 30 minutes everyday.
    PLEASE can you suggest more diets that will definitely make me lose 8-10kg in 3 weeks?? Thanks :)

      Normally your weight now is standard. 8 Kilos to lose, 40 kilos, for your height 160 CM is too much. Maybe you have just shape your body up with Yoga. However, if you have a health problem and can’t exercise, we think you should only be careful your daily meal and take vegetable and fruit more than meat in each meal. This is the easy way to lose weight in slow step and don’t have any YoYo effect.

      Take Vegetable 2 parts, Fruit 1-2 part, meat or protein 0.5-1 part and carbohydrate (rice or bread) 0.5-1 part. This is the simple and useful for you. :)

      Thanks for your comment, it’s hard to confirm how much that you can lose weight. It’s depend on many factor, your metabolism, your tension etc.

      So, please don’t seriousness about how much that you can lose but please focus on your result changing. Many people can’t lose weight as well in 2 weeks but their health and their body shape can change. Why you have to worry about the number on the balance? You should focus on the total result, your body shape, your health and many things. We know that you can do it if you have a real reason to lose weight. :)

          Sorry to reply late, We can’t tell you the number but we hope that you can lose at least 1-1.5 kg. This is the number minimum that would be happen when you follow 100% of our tip. However, it’s not a guarantee for you. Before you start the diet, please do follow below.

          1. Measure and write your body information at your book. 5 position that you should write it down are, your legs, your arms, your hip, your chest and your ventral. Make sure that are write in centimeter mode.

          2. Make sure that you take a rest at lease 8 hours, go to bed before 22:00 (10 P.M.)

          3. Drink water more than 1.5 liter.

          When you have finished program, just measure again (at the same position) and you will see the result. :)

            Nobody know the real result, that we’ve told you before. Don’t worry about the result, just try and follow the menu. We told you that 1-1.5 because someone can pass the menu but someone can’t. If you can do, and get more successful the result, that’s a bonus for you. Right? :)

    if i do this diet exactly and if i walk at least 1 hour a day can i lose 2 kilos a week or more ?I look out for many diets but nothing has made to lose weight.And i’m tired of healthy eating and exercise i mean i’m not the type of exercises , i want fast results ’cause i think my life is too short to do diets all the time and to starve my self forever.Two weeks doesn’t seem to much , i will try it after i get a response :) .

      Yes, you can exercise with walk 1 hour per day. But please remember, when you exercise that mean your body need more energy and you will feel hungry more than normal time. So, it’s a very hard to success when you follow the menu and take exercise in the same time.

      We don’t tell the exercise is not good for diet person, but when you select diet way with reduce calories that mean your body will burn your fat and transform to be energy. If you have exercise like the normal time, your body will burn more and you will feel hungry and finally will be tired.

      So, our recommend for you, you can walk or exercise as much as your feeling limit. The number of kilos that can lose per week is not important than your feeling and your health. The best way and successful to you are not depend on the number of your weight, but your health and your fresh in every moving are the most important. Good Luck :)

      Normally, just drinking water is fine. If you not like to drink pure water, lemon water without sugar and salt is OK. Or you can drink soda.

      It’s very hard to tell how many kg that you can lose with this menu. It has many factor for each person, your fat level, your activity in normal day, your age etc.

      But if you are the normal guy, teenage and has a good health, you may lose weight at least 1-3 kg per week. And if your activity has more burning like walking long street, up stairs many times etc, you may lose weight more than I suggest you. :)
